摘要
为了验证不同方法计算所得的螺栓预紧力能否满足密封性要求,选取2种不同尺寸和工况的管法兰-螺栓-垫片模型,进行有限元分析。运用ANSYS Workbench有限元软件建立三维模型,施加温度载荷后得到法兰系统的温度场分布。根据EN13445附录G和Waters方法确定了螺栓预紧力,分别作为初始预紧力施加在对应的管法兰系统上并进行热-结构耦合。对预紧工况和操作工况下的法兰系统进行模拟分析,并对其密封及其强度性能进行评定。结果表明:通过EN法和Waters法计算所得的螺栓预紧力,均能使法兰系统满足密封条件且符合安全评定要求;但EN13445附录G方法确定的螺栓预紧力能保证应力在法兰上更均匀地分布,且应力水平更低;EN13445附录G方法在计算时考虑了整个法兰连接接头的密封要求及其强度要求,相较于Waters法考虑情况更加全面。
In order to verify whether the pre-tightening force calculated by different methods can meet the sealing requirements,two kinds of pipe flange-bolt-gasket models at different sizes and under different working conditions were selected for finite element analysis.A three-dimensional model was built by using ANSYS Workbench finite element software,and the temperature load was applied to obtain the temperature field distribution of the flange system.The bolt pre-tightening force was determined according to EN13445 Appendix G and Waters method,and was applied as the initial pre-tightening force to the corresponding pipe flange system for thermal-structural coupling.The flange system under pre-tightening condition and operating condition was simulated and analyzed,and the sealing and strength properties were evaluated.The results show that the bolt pre-tightening force calculated by EN13445 Appendix G method and Waters method can meet the sealing requirement of flange system,and can meet the safety assessment requirements.However,the bolt pre-tightening force determined by EN13445 Appendix G method can ensure more uniform distribution of stress and lower stress level of the flange,and the EN13445 Appendix G method takes into account the sealing requirements and strength requirements of the whole flange joint,which is more comprehensive than the Waters method.
