基于响应面法的伸缩臂架构有限元分析与优化 被引量:3

Finite element analysis and optimization of telescopic boom architecture based on response surface method

摘要 为解决散装物料装卸作业效率低、人力成本较高且不够灵活的问题,提出了一种针对散装物料装卸的伸缩臂架构设计方案,与移动车架结合后,能实现灵活可移动的散装物料装卸作业需求。对伸缩臂进行三维建模和有限元模型简化,采用朗肯土压力理论和叠加法进行受力计算和刚度计算,对装配模型进行静力学和模态分析,并运用响应面法进行参数优化从而减少机构重量并增强横向刚度。结果表明,优化后模态分析前三阶最大变形量分别减少9.28%、46.61%、98%,结构质量减少22.79%。该研究可为各类散装物料装卸机构的设计、分析与优化提供有价值的参考。 In order to solve the problem of low efficiency,high labor cost and inflexibility in loading and unloading of bulk materials,a telescopic boom architecture design was proposed.Combined with the mobile frame,the flexible and movable bulk material loading and unloading operation requirements can be realized.Three dimensional modeling and finite element model simplification were carried out for telescopic boom.Rankine's earth pressure theory and superposition method were used for force and stiffness calculation.Statics and modal analysis were carried out on the assembly model.The response surface method was used to optimize the parameters to reduce the weight of the mechanism and enhance the lateral stiffness.After optimization,the maximum deformation of the first three orders was reduced by 9.28%,46.61%and 98%respectively,and the structure mass was reduced by 22.79%.The research provides a meaningful reference for the design,analysis and optimization of various loading and unloading mechanisms of bulk materials.
