摘要
计算了密封开裂失效法兰内部最大应力,为失效分析提供技术资料。使用《GB 150-1998》Waters法兰设计方法及有限元ANSYS数值计算方法,分别计算出该失效法兰的最大应力,并进行对比分析。结果表明:两种方法计算的法兰锥颈最大轴向弯曲应力,误差最大;计算的法兰环上的径向应力误差最小。两种方法计算的法兰最大应力相差较小,两种计算结果相互验证、相互支持,所得数据可以作为分析法兰失效原因的资料。
The seal crack failure of flange internal maximum stress was calculated to provide technical data for failure reason analysis. Using the GB 150 - 1998 Waters flange design method and finite element ANSYS numerical calculation method, respectively, the maximum stress of the failure flange was calculated, then compared and analyzed. The biggest error appeared at the maximum flange cone neck axis bending stress, and the minimum error was at the flange ring radial stress. The difference of calculating the flange maximum stress using these two methods was smaller, and two calculation results verified each other, supported each other, and the data could be used to analyze the reasons of the failure flange.
