摘要
为实现高校采购提质增效,中山大学建设了数字化快速采购系统,以基于供应商诚信投报和综合评分核心规则的智能评审设计,作为用户行使快速采购选择权及专家评审的参考依据,将同类型采购项目的采购效率提升约一倍。通过对试行期快速采购项目数据进行分析,中山大学对用户初选供应商与系统推荐供应商一致的快速采购项目实施了自动评审,采用自动评审的快速采购项目采购效率提升26%,取得明显成效。
In order to improve the quality and efficiency of university procurement, Sun Yat-sen University has built a digital rapid procurement system. The intelligent evaluation design based on the core rules of supplier’s good faith report and comprehensive scoring is used as the reference for users to exercise the right of quick purchasing choice and expert evaluation, which can double the purchasing efficiency of the same type of purchasing projects. Through the analysis of the data of the rapid procurement projects in the trial period, Sun Yat-sen University has implemented the automatic evaluation for the rapid procurement projects whose primary suppliers are consistent with the suppliers recommended by the system. The procurement efficiency of the rapid procurement projects with automatic evaluation has been further improved by 26%, and remarkable results have been achieved.
