摘要
政府采购工作是高校各项事业健康发展的基础,采购管理组织是高等院校教学科研管理的重要组成部分。总结多年的政府采购管理经验,介绍了政府采购组织模式,并从完善管理制度、规范采购程序等多个方面探讨实践举措,阐述其高校政府采购工作中的积极成效。
Government procurement is the basis for the healthy development of various undertakings in colleges and universities,and the procurement management organization is an important part of university teaching and scientific research management.This paper summarizes many years’experience in the government procurement management,introduces the organizational model of the government procurement,and expounds upon the positive effects of government procurement in colleges and universities from the aspects of perfecting management system and standardizing procurement procedures.
