摘要
文章提出了电子招标和计算机辅助评标的定义和形式,对电子招标的必要性、实现条件、功能定位进行了分析,介绍了泰州市电子招标软件和流程,对推行电子招标的优点以及工作要点进行了阐述。
This paper puts forward the definition and form of electronic tendering and computer-aided evaluation,analyzes the necessity, conditions of achievement and functional orientation of electronic tendering,introduces the software and process of e-tendering of Taizhou,and clarifies the advantages as well as working elements of e-tendering.
