摘要
在创新创业驱动经济发展转型背景下,如何激发经管类专业大学生创新创业潜力,提高创新创业意愿,培养敢于创新创业并且有能力创新创业的经管类专业人才具有重要意义。通过对江西省五所高校经管类专业大学生进行创新创业意愿调查发现:影响经管类专业大学生创新创业意愿的主要包括内驱力因素和外驱力因素。内驱力因素包括创业预期、创业成就感,外驱影响因素包括创业环境、创业关系网和学校创新创业教育。需要提高经管类专业大学生创新创业意愿的激励措施,包括培养创新创业意识,营造良好的创新文化环境,设立创新创业教育课程体系,丰富创新创业实践平台,加强师资队伍建设。
Under the background of economic transformation driven by innovation and entrepreneurship,it is important to increase economics and management professionals’willingness to innovate and entrepreneurship.Through an investigation on the innovation and entrepreneurial willingness of economics and management majors in fiveuniversities in Jiangxi Province,found that internal and external driving forces mainly affect the innovation and entrepreneurial willingness of economics and management majors.Internal driving factors include entrepreneurial expectations and entrepreneurial achievements,and external driving factors include entrepreneurial environment,entrepreneurial relationships and school innovation and entrepreneurship education.Soimprovement measuresare putforward,includecreating innovative mind,building innovationenvironment,establishing curriculum system,enriching the innovation practice platformandteacherteam.
