摘要
乡村振兴战略为高校毕业生提供了创业就业的新空间与新维度。毕业生服务乡村振兴战略,可以为农村现代化发展提供新鲜“血液”,缓解乡村经济、文化、政治建设所面临的人才困境。当前返乡创业工作还存在着政策辐射、创业素质、社会支持等方面的问题,难以充分发挥返乡创业的人才优势,助推乡村振兴战略的持续落实。为此,本文结合返乡创业与乡村振兴的内在联系,分析返乡创业拉力、推力和问题,提出长效机制的建构思路。
The rural revitalization strategy provides new space and dimensions for college graduates to start businesses and find employment.Graduates serving the rural revitalization strategy can provide fresh"blood"for the development of rural modernization and alleviate the talent difficulties faced by rural economic,cultural,and political construction.At present,there are still issues with policy radiation,entrepreneurial quality,and social support in the work of returning home for entrepreneurship,which makes it difficult to fully leverage the talent advantages of returning home for entrepreneurship and promote the continuous implementation of rural revitalization strategy.Therefore,this article combines the internal connection between homecoming entrepreneurship and rural revitalization,analyzes the pull,thrust,and problems of homecoming entrepreneurship,and proposes the construction of a long-term mechanism.
