摘要
对发达国家高校创新创业教育环境、创新创业法律法规进行研究,分析美国、日本、德国高校创新创业教育实践案例,借鉴他们在政策层面、教育层面、管理层面、制度层面的经验和启示,立足我国当前的发展情况,提出更符合自身发展的教育改革意见,为进一步落实创新驱动发展战略和完成人才培养计划提供借鉴。
By studying and comparing the innovation and entrepreneurship education environment,innovation and entrepreneurship education process,innovation and entrepreneurship education system,and innovation and entrepreneurship education model in foreign universities,and by analyzing the practice cases of innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities in the United States,Japan,Germany,we learn from their experience and inspiration in policy level,education level,management level,and system level,based on China’s current development.This study will provide suggestions for educational reform that is more in line with their own development and will be of reference for further promoting the major development strategy of innovation drive and the completion of talent training plan in the new era.
