农科类大学生返乡创业意愿影响因素研究——基于长三角地区大学生调研数据被引量：1

Study on the Influencing Factors of Agricultural College Students′Willingness to Return Home to Start a Business——Based on the Survey Data of College Students in the Yangtze River Delta

摘要农科类大学生返乡创业,不仅事关我国科技化、现代化、精品化农业发展,更影响“三农”问题的顺利解决、乡村振兴战略的有效实施。基于文献研究法,以长三角地区为例,利用926名农科类大学生调研数据,构建结构方程模型,从个人、家庭、社会和学校四个角度,分析农科类大学生返乡创业意愿与行为,探讨影响农科类大学生返乡创业意愿的因素。结果表明,农科类大学生返乡创业积极性较高,愿意进行返乡创业的农科类大学生占比为57.45%;个人、家庭、社会和学校因素对农科类大学生返乡创业意愿均有着正向影响。其中,个人因素影响最大,其次是教育和家庭因素,而社会因素对农科类大学生返乡创业意愿影响最小。因此,高校应开展创业教育,增强大学生返乡意识;政府应加大政策宣传、推动创业意愿;学校应加强与家长的沟通,为返乡创业打好思想基础;增加资金来源、完善保障体系,进而引导农科类大学生返乡创业行为,从而增加其返乡创业意愿。 Returning home to start a business of agricultural college students is related to the development of science and technology,modernization,and high-quality agriculture in China but also affects the smooth solution of the three rural issues and the effective implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.Based on the literature research method,taking the Yangtze River Delta as an example,using the survey data of 926 agricultural college students,this paper constructs a structural equation model,analyzes the intention of returning home to start a business and behavior of agricultural college students from the perspectives of individual,family,society,and school,and discusses the factors affecting the intention of returning home to start a business of agricultural college students.The results show that agricultural college students have high enthusiasm for returning home to start a business,and the proportion of agricultural college students willing to return home to start a business is 57.45%;personal,family,social,and school factors have a positive impact on agricultural college students′willingness to return home and start a business.Personal factors have the most significant impact,followed by education and family factors.In contrast,social factors have the most negligible impact on agricultural college students′willingness to return home and start a business.Therefore,colleges and universities should carry out entrepreneurship education to enhance college students′awareness of returning home,and the government should increase policy publicity and promote entrepreneurship;the school should strengthen communication with parents to lay an excellent ideological foundation for returning home and starting a business;increase the source of funds,improve the security system,and then guide agricultural college students to return home and start a business,to increase their willingness to return home and start a business.
