摘要
在北京举办2022年冬奥会和冬残奥会背景下,冰雪运动进校园是建设教育强国、体育强国、健康中国的客观要求。为做好冰雪运动进校园工作,从管理学、协同学、边际效应的角度,阐释冰雪运动进校园的价值和意义,梳理我国冰雪运动进校园的发展现状与特征,描绘了冰雪运动进校园的逻辑与图景,展望未来发展的方向并明确理论与实践路径。研究认为,冰雪运动进校园需要寻找发展的序参量,注重群体的协同,构建立体发展的格局;关注要素的差异,提高教育教学质量;关注推进的效果,明确勤练、常赛理念;强化条件与保障,夯实冰雪运动进校园之基;打造后冬奥遗产,留下人文记忆。
Under the background of Beijing 2022 Winter Olympic Games and Winter Paralympic Games,it is an objective requirement for building a strong education country,a strong sports country and a health China to bring ice and snow sports into campus.In order to make ice and snow sports enter the campus well,this paper explains the value and significance of ice and snow sports entering the campus from the perspectives of management,synergetic theory and marginal effect,combs the development status and characteristics of ice and snow sports entering the campus in China,describes the logic and prospect of the ice and snow sports entering the campus,looks forward to the future development direction,and clarifies the theoretical and practical path.The research holds that the ice and snow sports need to find the order parameter of development,pay attention to the cooperation of groups,construct the pattern of three-dimensional development,pay attention to the existence of difference,improve the quality of education and teaching,pay attention to the effect of promotion,make clear the idea of practice and match,strengthen the conditions and guarantee,tamp the foundation of ice and snow sports into the campus,build the legacy of the post-winter Olympics to leave a cultural memory.
