新时代我国体育消费升级的价值、挑战与推进路径研究 被引量:34

摘要 运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法,对新时代我国体育消费升级路径进行研究。新时代我国体育消费升级的价值体现在:满足新时代人民健康生活需要,助力全民健身和健康中国战略推进;适应经济新常态发展要求,培育形成新的经济增长内生动力;实现体育消费需求带动和供给侧结构性改革相促进,引领体育产业方向。国民消费能力提高、城市化水平快速推进、城市生活形态逐渐形成、国家政策制度支持等为我国体育消费升级提供了机遇。体育消费不均衡、体育消费理念异化、体育消费交易成本居高等是我国体育消费升级中遇到的挑战。我国体育消费升级推进路径为:理念思维先行,构建体育消费新理念,引导居民健康消费观,构建共享消费新思维;制度机制跟进,破解供给障碍并维护消费者权益,构建多元化供给机制并提升供给效率,健全需求侧的收入平衡和增长机制;服务产品创新,提升跨界融合培育特色体育文化产品,加强体育消费市场供给侧结构性改革,构建体育产业良性竞争格局。 By using the literature reviews and logic analysis,this paper studies the value, opportunity, challenge and promotion path of China’s sports consumption upgrading in the new era.The value of China’s sports consumption upgrade in the new era is reflected in: meeting the needs of the people’s healthy living in the new era, helping the national fitness and healthy China’s strategic advancement;adapting and leading the new economic development requirements, and fostering new economic growth.Endogenous power;promoting the demand for sports consumption and the structural reform of the supply side, and lead the direction of the sports industry.The improvement of national consumption capacity, the rapid advancement of urbanization, the gradual formation of urban life forms, and the support of national policy systems have provided opportunities for the upgrading of China’s sports consumption.Unbalanced sports consumption, alienation of sports consumption concepts, and high cost of sports consumption transactions have become the challenges of China’s sports consumption upgrade.Advancement path: Ideas and thoughts first, construct a new concept of sports consumption, guide residents’ healthy consumption concept, and build a new thinking of shared consumption.Follow up institutional mechanisms, crack supply barriers and safeguard consumer rights, build a diversified supply mechanism and enhance Supply efficiency, sound income balance and growth mechanism on the demand side.Service product innovation, enhance cross-border integration and cultivate characteristic sports culture products, strengthen supply-side structural reform of sports consumption market, and build a healthy competition pattern of sports industry.
