摘要
目的:探讨案例教学法在"临床医学导论"教学中的应用效果,为临床医学生本科教育开展新教学模式提供依据。方法:选取我校2018级临床医学本科专业两个班的学生作为研究对象,共97人,在"临床医学导论"教学中分别采用案例教学法(n=49)和传统教学法(n=48),通过期末理论考试成绩和问卷调查结果评价两组的教学效果。结果:实验组期末考试理论成绩优于对照组(P <0.05);在激发学生学习兴趣、提高学习主动性、巩固基础医学知识及培养临床思维方面明显优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论在传统课堂教学的基础上辅以案例教学,能够更好地促进临床医学生正确认识"临床医学导论"课程,提升学生的课程学习能力。
Objective To explore the application effect of case teaching method in the teaching of introduction to clinical medicine, and to provide the basis for the new teaching mode of undergraduate education of clinical medicine. Methods A total of 97 students from two classes of clinical medicine in our university in 2018 were selected as the research objects. Case teaching method(n = 49) and traditional teaching method(n = 48) were used in the teaching of introduction to clinical medicine. The teaching effects of the two groups were evaluated through the final theoretical examination results and questionnaire survey results. Results The theoretical score of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05);it was significantly better than that of the control group in stimulating students’ interest in learning, improving learning initiative, consolidating basic medical knowledge and cultivating clinical thinking(P < 0.05). Conclusion On the basis of traditional classroom teaching supplemented by case teaching, it can better promote clinical medical students to correctly understand the course of introduction to clinical medicine, and improve students’ learning ability.
