摘要
本研究围绕着全科医学岗位培训工作,开展了多年的课程设置、教学方法等一系列教学改革和实践活动,旨在帮助全科师资提高教学的质量,帮助学员尽快掌握全科医学的基础知识和技能,尽快进入全科医师和护士角色,从而提升社区卫生服务人员的执业能力和水平。通过几年的实践检验,证明了系列教学改革和实践活动提高了全科医师、护士的综合素质和执业技能,为社区人员的可持续发展奠定基础。
This research explores issues arising from a series of education reform and training program of General Practice(GP),focusing on pedagogy and curricula development in particular.It aims to improve the quality of current GP education and equip students with sufficient GP knowledge and skills.Then the qualified general practitioners and nurses will be capable of improving health care in communities.Based on several years pracitce,it is proved that a series of education reform and training program have improved general practitioners′ and nurses′ knowledge and professional skills,and provided basis for sustainable development of community services.
