The Application of EBM-PBL in the Clinical Teaching of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Respiratory Medicine

摘要 目的研究循证医学(Evidence-based Medicine,EBM)-基于问题的学习(Problem-based learning,PBL)应用于呼吸科中医临床教学中的价值。方法选取2017年4月—2017年12月中国医科大学附属第一医院呼吸内科实习的120名临床医学生作为本次试验的研究对象。随机将其分为研究组与对照组,每组60名学生。临床带教中给予研究组学生EBM-PBL方法教学,给予对照组学生PBL方法教学。比较2组学生各项综合能力评分、知识掌握程度评分以及学生对于教学效果的评价。结果研究组各项综合能力评分比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组学生知识掌握程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组学生在获取信息、综合分析、分析解决问题、提取文献能力、整合文献资料等方面的能力优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组学习主动性、学习兴趣、参与感的提升、提高语言表达能力、团队合作等方面比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论EBM-PBL有利于学生证据意识的养成,提高分析解决问题的能力。 Objective To study the value of evidence-based medicine(EBM)and problem-based learning(PBL)(EBM-PBL)in clinical teaching of traditional Chinese medicine in department of respiratory medicine.Methods A total of 120 clinical medical students from April 2017 to December 2017 in the department of respiratory medicine in our hospital were selected as the research subjects of this trial.They were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,and each group contained 60 students.In clinical teaching,EBM-PBL method teaching was given to the study group and PBL method teaching was given to the control group.The two groups of students were compared with each other’s comprehensive ability scores,knowledge mastery scores,and student evaluations of teaching effects.Results The comprehensive ability scores of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences in the scores of the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The knowledge of students in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The ability of students in the study group to obtain information,comprehensively analyze information,analyze and solve problems,extract literature,and integrate literature was much better than that of the control group.The differences are statistically significant(P<0.05).The differences in learning initiative,learning interest,participation,language skills,and teamwork were not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion EBM-PBL is conducive to the development of students’evidence consciousness and improves their ability to analyze and solve problems.
