摘要
建设“金课”是新时代下高职教育教学工作的新任务、新要求。为了提高高职教育教学质量及人才培养质量,去除教学效果差的“水课”、打造教学效能高的“金课”行动迫在眉睫。在剖析高职“金课”内涵的基础上,指出建设高职“金课”应遵循四个理念:遵循高职教育规律和学习规律、体现“能工作、体系化”特征、推进配套资源和教师能力建设、实施“过程化、多元化”评价,并提出高职“金课”建设的五条实践路径。
The construction of“golden course”is a new task and requirement for higher vocational education teaching in the new era and new situation.In order to improve the teaching quality of higher vocational education and the quality of personnel training,it is urgent to remove the“watercourse”with poor teaching effect and to create the“gold course”with high teaching efficiency.On the basis of analyzing the connotation of“gold course”in higher vocational education,it is pointed out that the construction of“gold course”in higher vocational education should follow four concepts:following the law of higher vocational education and learning,embodying the characteristics of“workability and systematization”,promoting the construction of supporting resources and teachers’ability,implementing the evaluation of“process and diversification”,and putting forward five practical paths for the construction of“gold course”in higher vocational education.
