摘要
专业能力的发展依赖于跨专业、通用性的高阶能力。从高阶能力培养出发,开发系列化的高阶能力课程是当前"三教"改革的一项重要任务。高阶能力课程既具有通识课程适用面广的特征,又具有专业课程应用性强的特征。高阶能力课程应采用以职业学习者为中心的活动课程范式,在突出能力培养的前提下将知识、能力和素质目标相融合,强调"知行情合一",并由职业院校教师、企业人力资源管理人员和职教科研人员共同开发。构成高阶能力活动课程内容的基本要素是"三种载体",即支架载体、任务载体和活动载体。与学科课程教材不同,活动课程教材编写要处理好教材的基本结构、教材的语言风格、教材的主体化呈现三个关键问题。
Professional ability development relies on the interdisciplinary and general high order competence.Due to industry digital transformation,increasing procedural tasks are completed automatically by machines,professional structure is undergoing major changes,and for professional workers the demand of complex problem solving ability grows fast.Focusing on high order competence training to develop a series of high order curriculum is an important task in current"teacher-textbook-pedagogics"reform.Higher order competence curriculum is widely applicable and professional featured.The high order competence curriculum should adopt the learner centered activity curriculum paradigm to integrate knowledge,competence and quality under the premise of highlighting ability cultivation as well as emphasizing the integration of knowledge,action and emotion.The curriculum should be jointly developed by vocational school teachers,enterprise human resource managing staff and vocational education researchers.The basic elements that constitute the curriculum contents of advanced competence activities are three kinds of carriers:framework carrier,task carrier,and activity carrier.
