“双师型”数字教师:内涵归因、源流生成与立体化路径 被引量:6

“Dual-qualified Teachers”of Digital Competency: Origin Attribution, Source Generation and Stereoscopic Paths

摘要 “双师型”数字教师缘于数字技术的发展。数字技术极大促进了教学效率的提升,是智能化时代“双师型”数字教师应运而生的基础保障。智能化时代,“双师型”数字教师的产生主要涉及到社会对复合型、高素质技术技能人才的渴求以及“双师型”教师群体的角色自主性和主体可塑性。明晰开放共享的云教育生态系统、教育智能化逻辑下的服务监管体系、终身教育理念下的行为选择是“双师型”数字教师生成的源流机理。可以通过“三维对接”、“点—线—面”联动以及需求、技术、制度、效率构造“四维一体”协同联动等路径,打造“双师型”数字教师队伍建设联动发展的全方位、立体化实施路径。 “Dual-qualified Teachers”of Digital Competency are due to information technology sharing. Information technology sharing has greatly promoted the improvement of teaching efficiency, which is the essence of“Dual-qualified Teachers”of Digital Competency teaching mode innovation under the background of intelligent era. Especially in the optimization of teaching resource allocation and situational teaching mode, digital technology and teaching sharing directly promote the derivation of“Dual-qualified Teachers”of Digital Competency. From the perspective of intelligent age, this paper systematically analyzes the connotation and attribution of“Dual-qualified Teachers”of Digital Competency, and defines the attribution of“Dual-qualified Teachers”of Digital Competency, mainly related to the advanced nature and comprehensive characteristics of the essential structure of group organizations, as well as the role autonomy and subject plasticity of teachers’ groups. Clarify the triple generation mechanism of open and shared cloud education ecosystem, service supervision system under the logic of education intelligence, and composite behavior selection of lifelong education and education governance.Through the“three-dimensional docking”,“point line surface”linkage and“demand”,“technology”,“system”and“efficiency”to construct the“four-dimensional integration”collaborative linkage and other paths, the all-round three-dimensional implementation path of the“Dual-qualified Teachers”of Digital Competency construction linkage development is created.
