摘要
目的利用网络药理学方法探讨百部治疗咳嗽的作用机制。方法利用中药系统药理学技术平台(TCMSP)等数据库,以口服生物利用度(OB)和类药性(DL)为条件预测及筛选百部活性成分和治疗咳嗽的作用靶点,构建成分-靶点、靶点蛋白互作网络图,并对靶点基因进行基因本体论(GO)富集分析及京都基因与基因组百科全书(KEGG)通路分析。结果通过筛选,得到28个化合物,作用于23个与咳嗽相关的靶点,这些靶点涉及到27条信号通路,包括百日咳信号通路、小细胞肺癌信号通路、癌症信号通路、核转录因子-κB(NF-κB)信号通路、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)信号通路等。结论本研究对百部治疗咳嗽的作用机制进行初步研究,发现百部可能通过细胞周期调控、血压调节、炎症因子调控等方面治疗咳嗽。
Objective To explore the mechanism of Stemonae Radix in the treatment of cough by network pharmacology. Methods The database of TCMSP and other databases were used to predict and screen the active components of Stemonae Radix and the targets of cough treatment under the condition of oral bioavailability(OB)and drug like(DL). The component target protein interaction network was constructed,and the target genes were analyzed by go enrichment and KEGG pathway analysis. Results Through screening,28 compounds were found to act on 23 cough related targets,which involved 27 signaling pathways,including pertussis signaling pathway,small cell lung cancer signaling pathway,cancer signaling pathway,NF-κB signaling pathway,TNF signaling pathway,etc. Conclusion In this study,the mechanism of Stemonae Radix in the treatment of cough was studied,and it was found that Stemonae Radix might treat cough through the regulation of cell cycle,blood pressure and inflammatory factors.
