摘要
目的:通过网络药理学方法探讨"紫菀-款冬"作用机制。方法:利用TCMSP、UniProt、CTD数据库检索"紫菀-款冬"的化学成分、靶点、疾病,并利用DAVID数据库进行基因本体(gene ontology,GO)富集分析及基因组百科全书(Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes,KEGG)通路分析,采用cytoscape绘图。结果:共获得35个备选化合物,筛选出186个靶蛋白,涉及34类疾病。GO富集分析其生物过程与代谢、凋亡最为密切。KEGG分析最具显著性的通路是癌症通路。结论:通过系统地探讨"紫菀-款冬"候选成分所对应的靶点及作用机制,为今后的临床研究提供了思路。
Objective:To explore the mechanism of "Aster tataricus-Tussilago farfara" through network pharmacology.Methods:TCMSP,UniProt and CTD databases were used to search for the chemical constituents,targets,and diseases of the "Aster tataricus-Tussilago farfara" and the DAVID database was used to the gene ontology(GO)analysis and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG)passway analysis,cytoscape was used to drawing.Results:A total of 35 candidate compounds were obtained,186 target proteins were screened,involving 34 diseases,GO enrichment analysis showed that biological processes were most closely related to metabolism and apoptosis.The most significant pathways was cancer pathway by KEGG analysis.Conclusion:This study systematically explores the target and mechanism of the candidate components of "Aster tataricus-Tussilago farfara",which provides ideas for future clinical research.
