摘要
目的观察疏风清肺方治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘风邪伏肺证的临床疗效。方法将71例咳嗽变异性哮喘风邪伏肺证患儿随机分为治疗组37例和对照组34例,治疗组口服疏风清肺方,对照组口服孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片,2组均连续治疗2周,观察并比较2组的症状体征积分及临床疗效。结果治疗后2组主、次症积分均显著下降,与同组治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),且治疗组积分下降更显著(P<0.05);对照组总有效率为85.29%,治疗组为97.30%,2组总有效率经统计学分析,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论疏风清肺方治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘风邪伏肺证疗效显著,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Shufeng Qingfei Fang in treating of 37 cases of infantile cough variant asthma of wind-evil hidden lung type.Methods 71 cases of infantile cough variant asthma of windevil hidden lung type were randomly divided into 37 cases in the therapy group and 34 cases in the control group.The therapy group was treated with Shufeng Qingfei Fang and the control group was given oral montelukast sodium chewable tablets.The 2 groups were treated for 2 consecutive weeks,and the scores of symptoms and signs,clinical effects of the 2 groups were observed and compared.Results After treatment,the scores of primary and secondary symptoms in both groups decreased significantly,and there was a statistically significant difference compared with the same group before treatment(P<0.01),and the scores of the therapy group decreased significantly(P<0.05);the total effective rate was 85.29%in the control group and 97.30%in the therapy group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion The curative effect of Shufeng Qingfei Fang on infantile cough variant asthma of wind-evil hidden lung type is significant,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
