摘要
                
                    从古至今,学校教育形态经历了个别教育、规模化教育到个性化教育。个性化教育不等于个别教育,同样要依托课程教学。在课程教学中进行个性化教育,可以从四个方面着手:引导学生明确学习目标,发挥学习的主动性、创造性;在课程教学中发掘学生的长处和优势潜能;关注表现平平的学生,帮助其个性成长;个性包括共性和特性,共性要求需要通过个性化途径来实现。
                
                Since ancient times,school education has experienced three stages:individualized education,scale education and personalized education.Personalized education is not equal to individualized education,but also depends on curriculum teaching.Individualized education in curriculum teaching can be carried out from four aspects:to guide students to define learning objectives and give full play to their initiative and creativity in learning;to explore the strengths and potential advantages of students in the course teaching;to pay attention to the students with mediocre performance in personalized education;individuality includes universality and specialty,and the universality requirements needs to be realized through personalized approaches.
