Teacher and Teacher-Student Relationship in the AI Era

摘要 智能时代的教师,是"人师-机师"构成的"双师并存"的时代。智能时代的师生关系,是人师-机师与学生的三维关系。智能时代的教育,是双师协同交互育人的教育新格局。这一时代的来临,将给今日教师带来诸多挑战:如何处理"人师—学生—机师"的三维师生关系?在"机师"愈发拥有能力与智慧的情况下,教师如何提升自我的能力与智慧,实现人类智能与人工智能交融共生?教师需要具有并如何获得什么样的教学新基本功?例如,"人机协同交互教学育人"的新基本功。这些新基本功,同时带给未来的教师教育,包括教师培训、教师研修等以新目标和新机制。 The teacher in the era of AI is a coexisted dual-teacher era composed of human-teacher and machineteacher.The teacher-student relationship is the three-dimensional relationship among the teacher,the machine and the student.The education in the era is a new pattern of education with the synergistic interaction of two teachers.The coming of this era will bring challenges to teachers:how to deal with the three-dimensional teacher-student relationship of"human teacher-student&machine-teacher"?As machines become more and more capable and intelligent,how can teachers improve their own abilities and wisdom to achieve the integration of human intelligence and artificial intelligence?What new basic teaching skills(such as the new basic skills of humanmachine cooperative interactive teaching and education)should teachers have and how to acquire them?At the same time,these new basic skills bring new goals and new mechanisms to future teacher education,including teacher training,research and study.
