摘要
中国教育的发展进入到新阶段,更加关注如何实现“有质量的教育公平”,其焦点逐渐转移至微观的教育过程层面。课程作为微观教育过程公平的重要抓手,在技术促进下正在改革创新。该研究首先重新审视了课程视角下教育公平的内涵,平等性公平、差异性公平和包容性公平成为未来课程实施的重点。其次,在技术融入课程背景下,有四类创新课程被引向教育公平,即数字化课程、个性化课程、跨学科课程与弹性课程。最后,研究以OECD的调研报告为基础,分析了四类创新课程在促进教育公平实践中的国际经验挑战。基于此,研究希望在技术促进课程创新的实践中可以关注教育公平的多层内涵、发挥教师的决定性作用并积极开展实验研究。
The development of Chinese education into a new phase,more attention to how to achieve“quality education equity”,its focus gradually shifted to the micro level of the educational process.As an important starting point for the equity of the microeducation process,the curriculum is being reformed and innovated under the promotion of technology.The study first re-examined the connotation of education equity from the perspective of curriculum.Equal equity,differential equity and inclusive equity have become the focus of future curriculum implementation.Secondly,in the context of technology integration curriculum,four types of innovative curriculum have been led to education equity,namely digital curriculum,personalized curriculum,cross-curricular content and competency-based curriculum,and flexible curriculum.Finally,based on the OECD report,the study analyzes the international experience and challenges of four types of innovative curriculum in promoting education equity practice.Based on it,the study hopes to pay attention to the multi-layered connotation of educational equity,play the decisive role of teachers and actively carry out experimental research in the practice of technology-promoting curriculum innovation.
