摘要
辣椒青枯病是海南辣椒生产上主要病害之一,每年均造成较大的经济损失。种植抗病品种是防治该病害最经济、绿色的有效措施。本文采用苗期浸根接种法,对海南生产上推广应用的17个辣椒品种的抗病性进行鉴定与评价。结果表明:不同辣椒品种对青枯病的抗病性差异较大,‘金骄红玉’、‘金艳’2个品种表现为高抗;‘泰丽’、‘热辣4号’、‘红妃’、‘湘辣十七号’、‘金骄3.0’、‘金骄M6’6个品种表现为抗病;‘权御天下’、‘湘研珍丽’、‘湘研6A’3个品种表现为耐病;而‘金骄神龙’、‘长艳’、‘热辣3号’、‘热辣2号’、‘热甜5号’、‘热甜3号’6个品种表现为感病。可见,不同类型辣椒对青枯病抗性差异较大,其中朝天椒类对青枯病的抗性明显优于其他类型辣椒,甜椒类抗病表现较差。本研究结果为生产上辣椒青枯病的防控及品种的推广应用提供科学依据。
Bacterial wilt caused by Ralstonia solanacearum is one of the main diseases of pepper and causes severe economic losses of pepper every year in Hainan.Planting disease-resistant variety is the most economic,green and effective measure to control the disease.Seventeen pepper varieties cultivated in Hainan were selected to evaluate their resistance to bacterial wilt by seedling stage soaking inoculation method.The results showed that different types of pepper varieties varied obviously in resistance to bacterial wilt.Two varieties,‘Jinjiaohongyu’and‘Jinyan’,were highly-resistant to bacterial wilt;six varieties,‘Taili’,‘Rela NO.4’,‘Hongfei’,‘Xiangla NO.17’,‘Jinjiao 3.0’and‘Jinjiao M6’,were resistant;three varieties,‘Quanyutianxia’,‘Xiangyanzhenli’,and‘Xiangyan 6A’,were moderately resistant.However,six varieties,‘Jinjiaoshenlong’,‘Changyan’,‘Rela NO.3’,‘Rela NO.2’,‘Retian NO.5’and‘Retian NO.3’,were susceptible to bacterial wilt.Therefore,different types of pepper had different levels of resistance to bacterial wilt,and the pepper varieties from Chaotianjiao type(Capsicum annuum L.var.conoides)had an obviously higher resistance to bacterial wilt than those of other types of pepper,and the varieties from the sweet pepper type were most sensitive to bacterial wilt among the three types of pepper.This study provides scientific basis for the prevention and control of bacterial wilt in pepper production and popularization of pepper varieties in Hainan.
