摘要
代谢组学作为系统生物学的重要分支,近年来在中药研究领域受到广泛关注,并取得了重要进展。本文总结了近几年基于液相色谱-质谱联用(LC-MS)代谢组学技术在中药化学成分中的应用。代谢组学技术具有高通量、整体、客观等特性,在多组分、多靶点的中药研究中具有显著的优越性。本文介绍了LC-MS代谢组学技术的发展及特点、分析流程与方法,以及在中药研究中的应用,主要包括在中药真伪鉴别、基源鉴别、道地性研究、质量控制及药效机制研究等方面的应用。本文主要为中药化学成分研究提供一个新思路,为中药鉴别、质量评价、药效机制研究等提供参考。
Metabonomics,as an important branch of system biology,has attracted extensive attention and made great progress in the field of traditional Chinese medicine in recent years.This paper summarizes the application of liquid chromatograph-mass spectrometer(LC-MS)metabonomics technology in the chemical composition of traditional Chinese medicine in recent years.Metabonomics technology has the characteristics of high throughput,integrity and objectivity.It has remarkable advantages in the research of multi-component and multi-target traditional Chinese medicine.This paper introduces the development and characteristics of LC-MS metabonomics technology,analysis process and method,as well as its application in the research of traditional Chinese medicine,mainly including the application in the identification of authenticity,origin,authenticity,quality control and pharmacodynamic mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine.This paper mainly provides a new idea for the study of chemical constituents of traditional Chinese medicine,and provides reference for the identification,quality evaluation and pharmacodynamic mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine.
