摘要
《面向生活的地理:美国国家地理课程标准(第二版)》提出“实践地理”的课程理念,彰显了源于实践——增强实践——回归实践的实践取向。该理念的实施机制是在现实情境中发现问题,依托地理学内涵,转化为地理问题;依托地理学知识与技能,分析地理问题;依托地理观,解答地理问题,进而解决现实问题。美国“实践地理”的实施呈现出以下特点:注重情境创设的层次性,激发不同学段学生的地理学习潜力;注重培养学生将现实问题向地理学科问题转化的策略;注重彰显地理学科特色和学科价值。
The curriculum concept of“doing geography”is proposed in Geography for Life:National Geogra phy Standards(Second Edition),which demonstrates the practice orientation ol“originating from practice-enhancing practice-returning to practice”.The implementation mechanism of“doing geography”is as follows:discovering problems in real situations,transforming into geographical problems based on geographical connotation,analyzing geographical problems based on geographical knowledge and skills,solving geographical problems based on geographical perspective,and solving realistic problems.The implementation characteristics of“doing geography”are as follows:focusing on the level of context creation and stimulating the potential of geography learning of students in different stages;focusing on cultivating students'transformation strategy of realistic problems and geographical problems;focusing on highlighting the characteristics and value of geography subjects.The implementation mechanism and characteristics of“doing geography”can provide inspirations and references for Chinese geography teachers to understand and implement the concept of “developing practical skills in geography”.
