摘要
在"双一流"建设背景下,高校转型过程中存在"政、产、学、研、用"之间的矛盾而引起的人才供求不协调、科教分离、沟通交流欠缺等一系列问题。以跨学科、跨专业发展的工程类专业为例,各领域研究中需要应用越来越多的各种实验方法和技术。行业快速发展,对专业人才的要求越来越高。通过在高校开展协同创新的培养模式、发展科教融合机制、重视同行教学评价、改进教学方法、提高学生科研兴趣、构建跨学科合作团队、科学选题、服务地方等一系列措施,全面推动创新型、应用型、复合型优秀人才的培养。
Under the background of“Double-First Class”construction,in the process of university transformation,there are contradictions between“policy,production,learning,research and application”,which will lead to a series of problems,such as uncoordinated supply and demand of talents,separation of science and education,lack of communication,and so on.Taking the interdisciplinary development of electrochemical direction as an example,electrochemical experimental methods and techniques are increasingly used in many fields of modern research.Hence,the industry is developing rapidly and the requirements for professionals are getting higher and higher.A series of measures in colleges and universities should been carried out,such as the training mode of collaborative innovation,the development of science and education integration mechanism,the evaluation of peer teaching evaluation,the improvement of teaching methods,the improvement of students'research interests,the construction of interdisciplinary cooperation teams,and the selection of scientific topics to serve local enterprises,and so on,in order to comprehensively promote the cultivation of innovative,applied and compound talents.
