摘要
地方高校转型发展,开展本科层次职业技术人才培养既是自身特色发展的需要,也是完善现代职教体系的需要。地方高校开展本科层次职业教育与实现转型发展要求具有高度的逻辑契合,既符合国家顶层设计、地方发展需求,也吻合地方高校的办学定位。但目前地方高校在推进本科职业教育发展过程中面临一些观念、资源上的困境,应进一步明晰应用型人才培养目标与定位,推动应用型学科专业建设,改革人才培养模式,调整优化教育教学体系。
Under the background of the transformation and development of local colleges and universities,the development of undergraduate-level vocational talent training is not only the need of their own characteristic development,but also the need of improving the modern vocational education system.The development of undergraduate-level vocational education in local colleges and universities has a high degree of logical conformity with the requirements for transformation and development,which not only meets the national toplevel design and local development needs,but also conforms to the positioning of local colleges and universities.However,local colleges and universities are facing some conceptual and resource dilemmas in the process of promoting the development of undergraduate vocational education.They should further clarify the training objectives and positioning of applied talents,promote the construction of applied disciplines,reform talent training modes,and adjust and optimize the education and teaching system.
