摘要
                
                    目的描述和分析基于"雨课堂"平台的翻转课堂模式在定点医院护理人员应对新型冠状病毒感染培训中的应用效果。方法选择在某定点医院的480名护理人员为研究对象,分层次分别进行基于"雨课堂"平台的翻转课堂模式进行培训,分析基于"雨课堂"平台的翻转课堂模式在不同岗位护理人员应对新型冠状病毒感染培训的应用效果,包括理论考核、实操考核及演练考核。结果培训后各系统护理人员对新型冠状病毒感染培训内容掌握程度明显优于培训前,其中以妇产科系统改进程度最为显著:培训前(45.5±4.2),培训后(90.0±4.1),门急诊系统改进程度最小培训前(65.5±2.1),培训后(90.5±2.3),各岗位护理人员对新型冠状病毒感染培训内容掌握程度明显优于培训前,其中护理管理人员由培训前(65.5±3.5)增长至培训后(95.5±2.1),得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且培训一周后效果持续提高。结论不同岗位不同系统护理人员均普遍认可基于"雨课堂"平台的翻转课堂培训模式,翻转课堂模式可以提高护理管理者人力资源调配能力,完善发热门诊及普通病房护理人员知识结构,增强应对突发事件能力并具有持续效果,而借助"雨课堂"等信息平台有助于翻转课堂开展,值得临床推广。
                
                Objective To describe and analyze the application effect of"rain class"platform-based flip class mode in the training of nursing staff in designated hospitals to cope with 2019-nCoV.Methods 480 nursing staff in a designated hospital were selected as the research object,and the flip class model based on the"rain class"platform was trained in different levels.The application effect of the flip class model based on the"rain class"platform in nursing staff in different positions to cope with 2019-nCoV training was analyzed,including theoretical assessment,practical assessment and drill assessment.Results After the training,the degree of the nurses’mastery of the contents of the 2019-nCoV infection training was obviously better than that before the training,and the improvement of the obstetrics and gynecology system was the most significant(45.5±4.2 before the training,90.0±4.1 after the training),the degree of improvement of the out-patient and emergency care system was the least(65.5±2.1 before training and 90.5±2.3 after training),and the degree of mastery of the contents of the training on 2019-nCoV infection was significantly better than before training,among them,the number of nursing managers increased from 65.5±3.5 before training to 95.5±2.1 after training.The difference of scores was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing staff in different positions and systems generally recognize the flip class training mode based on the"rain class"platform.The flip class mode can improve nursing managers’human resource allocation ability,improve the knowledge structure of nursing staff in fever clinics and general wards,enhance their ability to cope with emergencies and have sustained effects.The use of"rain class"and other information platforms can help flip class development and is worthy of clinical promotion.
