摘要
北京携手张家口成功申办2022年冬奥会,极大地推动了中国冰雪运动的普及,促进了中国冰雪产业的发展。大力发展冰雪产业对促进社会经济的长远发展非常重要,但产业的长远发展离不开既懂冰雪产业又懂财务管理的经济管理专业人才,只有把财务管理与冰雪产业进行有效融合,才能为冰雪产业的发展提供更专业化的经济管理。财务管理与冰雪产业融合的人才培养研究,旨在探索财务管理与冰雪产业融合的基本策略和具体措施,为冰雪产业的发展培养高素质的财务管理专业人才。
The successful bid of Beijing and Zhangjiakou for the 2022 Winter Olympics has greatly promoted the popularity of China's ice-snow sports and the development of the ice-snow industry.How to vigorously develop the ice-snow industry is of great importance to the promotion of the long-term development of social economy.The long-term development of the industry requires professional personnel of economic management who have the knowledge of both the ice-snow industry and financial management.The effective integration of financial management with the ice-snow industry can provide professional economic management for the development of the ice-snow industry.The study on related literature reveals that there are few researches on the application of financial management in the ice-snow industry and there are no professional personnel of financial management working for the ice-snow industry.The present study is intended to explore the strategies and measures of integrating financial management and the ice-snow industry and to promote the training of high-quality professional personnel of financial management for the ice-snow industry.
