摘要
基于372份在校大学生问卷调查数据,运用渐进适应模型,实证分析了环境感知对大学生创业意愿的影响及其性别差异。其结果表明:环境感知对大学生创业意愿具有显著正向影响,且对男生创业意愿的影响程度要大于女生;环境感知在人力资本和社会资本对大学生创业意愿的影响中具有调节作用,男生的环境感知对人力资本存在显著的正向调节,女生的环境感知对社会资本存在显著的负向调节;人力资本和社会资本对大学生创业意愿存在显著正向影响,其中女生中人力资本和社会资本均显著,而男生中仅人力资本显著。
Based on the survey data of 372 undergraduates, the article analyzes the influence of environmental perception on the participants’ entrepreneurial intentions and gender differences with a Gradual Adjustment Model. The findings show that environmental perception has a significant positive effect on the participants entrepreneurial intention, with the influence on male participants outweighing female ones. In addition, environmental perception plays a regulatory role. in influencing participants’ entrepreneurial intention in the aspects of human capital and social capital, with male participants’ environment perceptions positively moderating human capital while the female students’ environmental perceptions negatively adjusting social capital. Moreover, human capital and social capital exert positive influence on participants’ entrepreneurial intention, with the significant impact of human capital and social capital on female participants whereas only the remarkable impact of human capital on male participants.
