摘要
少数民族大学生返乡创业对促进民族地区经济社会发展和解决少数民族大学生就业问题具有重要意义。通过对四所民族高校大学生进行问卷调查并筛选出少数民族大学生问卷1169份,利用SPSS软件和Amos软件进行频数、差异性、相关性分析以及结构模型分析,发现少数民族大学生返乡创业整体意愿较强,但不同性别、院校、专业之间存在差异,少数民族男生创业意愿强,重视创业教育的院校学生创业意愿强,理工医科类学生返乡创业意愿强。在影响因素方面,家乡基础设施、民族特色产业、创业扶持政策是影响少数民族大学生返乡创业的重要因素。因此,高校要全面加强创业教育,社会媒体要加大大学生创业宣传力度,地方政府要完善基础设施和民族文化产业建设以及创业扶持政策,多方发力,协同增强少数民族大学生返乡创业意愿。
It is of great significance for ethnic minority college students to go back home region and start home business to promote economic and social development in ethnic minority areas and solve the employment problem faced by ethnic minority college students.Through questionnaire survey and screening of1,169 questionnaires from ethnic minority college students in four ethnic colleges and universities,using SPSS software and Amos software for frequency,difference,correlation analysis and structural model analysis,the research found that ethnic minority college students enjoy an overall strong desire to return home and start home business.Yet different opinions remain due to difference in gender,colleges and majors.Male students of ethnic minority groups,students from colleges paying attention to entrepreneurship education,and students from science,technology and medicine colleges showed higher willingness to start home business.In terms of influencing factors,conditions including infrastructure construction,industries with ethnic characteristics and entrepreneurship favorable policies are important factors that affect the return of ethnic minority college students to their hometowns and start their own businesses.Therefore,colleges and universities should strengthen entrepreneurship education,social media should fully promote publicity encouraging college students’entrepreneurship,and local governments should improve the construction of infrastructure and provide favorable policies,to facilitate college students to return home to start home business.
