摘要
本文以广东省高校为例,通过调查问卷数据实证研究了大学生的创业能力、创业环境对其创业意愿的影响。其中对创业能力采用六个维度测量;采用政策、家庭、学校三个维度考察创业环境。结果表明,大学生创新创造能力、挫折承受能力、战略决策能力、资源整合能力会显著影响到创业的意愿。但这一影响会受创业环境水平的调节作用,其中家庭环境对创业意愿存在显著调节作用,政策和学校创业环境调节作用有待进一步发掘。
This article takes universities in Guangdong province as an example,and empirically studies the impact of college students’entrepreneurial ability and entrepreneurial environment on their entrepreneurial willingness through questionnaire data.Among them,six dimensions are used to measure entrepreneurial ability;the policy,family,and school perspectives are used to examine the entrepreneurial environment.The results show that college students’ability to innovate and create,setback tolerance,strategic decision-making ability,and resource integration ability will significantly affect their willingness to start a business.However,this effect will be regulated by the level of the entrepreneurial environment.Among them,the family environment has a significant regulatory effect on the willingness to start a business,and the regulatory role of policies and the school’s entrepreneurial environment remains to be explored.
