摘要
目前,国家在政策上大力扶持与鼓励大学生创业。芜湖职业技术学院采取将创业教育纳入人才培养方案、建立校企创业合作联盟和提供孵化基地服务体系的措施,以提供更好的创业环境,且地方政府也提供了一定的创业金融支持。然而,高职院校存在一定的创业困境,如资金远不如一线城市本科院校充足、创业教育课程体系不够完善、创业者心理压力大以及女生没有男生创业意向大。加大创业资金的投入与保障,全面提升高校创业教育体系,并培育区域集群效应与领袖榜样是解决这一问题的有效措施。
At present,the government is strongly supporting and encouraging the graduates’entrepreneurship on the policy basis.Wuhu Institute of Technology adopts such measures as incorporating entrepreneurship education into talent training programs,establishing the school-enterprise entrepreneurship cooperation alliance and providing incubation base service systems to provide a better entrepreneurial environment,and the local government also provides certain financial support for entrepreneurship.However,there are some entrepreneurial difficulties in higher vocational institutes,for example,the capital is far less than that for colleges and universities in the first-tier cities,the entrepreneurship education curriculum system is not perfect,entrepreneurs are under great mental stress,and female students have less ambition in entrepreneurship than male students.The effective measures for these problems include increasing investment and guarantee for entrepreneurship,comprehensively improving the system for college entrepreneurship education and cultivating regional clustering effects and leadership examples.
