摘要
高校作为人才发展的摇篮,是智库发展的未来方向。通过对湖北57所高校研究基地智库人才实证分析,应用因子分析法构建了一套包含三个层次评价指标的评价体系,运用专家调查法确定了各指标权重,采用综合评价法对高校智库人才影响力进行综合评价,并进行实证研究。进一步,得出高校智库人才发展的启示与建议。
As the cradle of talent development,universities are the future direction of the development of think tanks.An empirical a-nalysis was based on 57 talents research bases in universities in Hubei province,which applied factor analysis to construct the evalua-tion system that includes three levels of evaluation index.And the weight of each index was determined by the method of expert investiga-tion.Comprehensive evaluation method was used to evaluate think talents influence of universities.The results were sorted,some en-lightenment and suggestions of the development of think talents in university were put forward.
