摘要
[目的/意义]高校智库承担着为社会发展提供战略研究、人才培养、舆论引导、建言献策的重要功能。而高校智库的综合实力受多方面因素的影响,建立高校智库评价体系、研究各因素之间的网络关系及权重对于提升高校智库影响力具有重要意义。[方法/过程]首先通过对国内外现有文献的研究,构建高校智库影响力评价体系。然后通过专家对各级指标进行评分,运用DEMEATEL方法分析相关因素间的互相影响关系,计算出影响因素的中心度和原因度,构建因素关系网络图;最后,利用DANP方法确定各指标的权重。[结果/结论]得出了各影响因素之间的网络关系,并识别出参与政府项目和政府提案数量、学术交流、研究成果引用、官方网站的反链接数是高校智库影响力的关键因素。
[Purpose/Significance] University think tanks play an important role in providing strategic research,talent cultivation,public opinion guidance and advice for social development. The comprehensive strength of University think tanks is influenced by many factors. It is of great significance to establish the evaluation system of University think tanks and to study the network relationship and weight among these factors. That can enhance the influence of University think tanks.[Method/Process] Firstly,through the study of the existing literature,we construct the evaluation system of University think tanks. On the basis of the relevant experts' scores,we use DEMEATEL method to analyze the mutual influence relationship among the relevant factors,and the factor relationship network chart is constructed. Finally,the weights of each index factor are determined by DANP method.[Result/Conclusion] We obtain the network relationship among the influencing factors,and the key factors affecting the influence of University think tanks are identified as the number of government projects and government proposals,academic exchanges,citation of research results and the number of links by official websites.
