摘要 信息资源的分析、整合在引进人才的竞争中起着越来越重要的作用.数据挖掘作为一种系统地检查和理解大量数据的工具,能有效地帮助高校及各企事业单位从不断积累与更新的数据中提取有价值的信息.因此,数据挖掘被引入到人才市场研究领域,并日益受到重视.从数据挖掘在人才竞争中的市场研究价值入手,探讨了数据挖掘在引进人才研究尤其是引进高层次人才中的应用,并给出了应用实例. The analysis and the rearragement of information resources play a more and more important role in competition of introducing talents. As a tool to examine and understand a great quantity of data systemically, data mining helps universities and enterprises extract the valuable information from the data which are constantly accumulated and renewed. Therefore, data mining has been introduced into the field of talent market research and has been getting increasing attention. Starting with the research value of data mining in the competition of talents market, this paper analyzes the application of data mining in introducing highly-talented people and gives examples of application.
