摘要
[目的/意义]文章将定性比较分析(QCA)引入到国内图书情报领域,对于创新图书情报领域的实证研究方法,提升学科水平都是大有裨益的。[方法/过程]对QCA的概念及原理进行详细阐述,运用QCA方法与相关性分析研究了网络社区健康信息搜寻影响因素,对比了QCA方法与相关性分析的差异性。[结果/结论]结果显示,作为一种社会科学研究工具,QCA方法结合定量与定性分析的优势,打破了传统图书情报领域实证分析中对案例孤立化的研究,有利于探索同类案例中的潜在机制与问题成因。[局限]文章作为研究方法的引入,以网络健康社区健康信息搜寻影响因素研究为例,并未探究QCA在图情领域其他主题的运用。
[ Purpose/significance] This paper introduces qualitative comparative analysis （QCA） to the field of Library and Information Science （LIS）, which is helpful to innovate the empirical research methods and improve the academic level of LIS. [ Method/process] The paper first elaborates on the concept and principle of QCA. And then QCA method and correlation analysis are used to study the influencing factors of network community health information seeking, and their differences are compared. [ Result/conclusion] The results show that, as a social science research tool, the QCA method combines the advantages of quantitative and qualitative analysis, breaks the isolation of case study of empirical analysis in the field of traditional LIS, and explores the potential mechanisms and the causes of the problems in similar cases. [ Limitations ] This paper, as an introduction of research methods, takes the influencing factors of health information seeking of network health community as an example, and does not explore the application of QCA in other subjects in the field of LIS.
