摘要
基于政治沟通理论,以近年来国内发生的30起涉警事件为例,运用模糊集定性比较分析方法,探究公安机关、公众、媒体在涉警网络舆情中的联动效应和涉警网络舆情的触发机理,结果显示,单一变量不构成高热度涉警网络舆情的必要条件。公安机关信息回应的时效性与客观性对于涉警网络舆情的产生与发展具有重要影响。数字场景下的涉警网络舆情在生发机制上愈发表现出一种“公众聚焦+媒体放大”的路径组合样态,在治理模式上呈现出由公权力主导向多主体协同转变的趋势。
With 30 police-related incidents in China over recent years,the trigger mechanism of the police-related network public opinion and the linkage effects of the public security organ,the public,and the media in the public opinion are researched through Fuzzy Set Qualitative Comparative Analysis(fsQCA)based on the political communication theory.The research findings show that a single variable is not a requisite for the hot police-related network public opinion.The emergence and development of the police-related network public opinion,however,could be influenced by the timeliness and objectivity of the response of the public security organ.Nowadays,the police-related network public opinion in the digital scene is increasingly caused by the path combination of"public focus+media amplification",which is presented in a transition trend from public power dominance to multi-agent coordination at the governance mode.
