摘要
建立了胶囊壳中环氧乙烷残留量的顶空气相色谱分析方法,考察了色谱柱、顶空平衡温度、平衡时间等对环氧乙烷残留量测定的影响。结果表明,利用DB-WAX毛细管柱在顶空平衡温度为50℃、平衡时间为15 min时,可以获得好的定量结果。环氧乙烷的线性范围为0.2~5.0 mg/L(r=0.999 9),回收率为94.22%~103.40%,精密度(RSD)为0.48%~3.92%,检出限(LOD)为0.3 mg/kg。该方法准确、灵敏、简便,对胶囊壳中环氧乙烷残留量的检测提供了技术支持。
A method of headspace gas chromatography for the determination of ethylene oxide residue in capsules was developed.The effects of equilibrium temperature,equilibrium time on the determination of ethylene residue oxide were investigated. The good results were obtained in the equilibrium temperature of 50 ℃ for 15 min with DB-WAX capillary column. Ethylene oxide showed good linearity over the range of 0. 2 ~ 5. 0 mg / L( r = 0. 999 9). The recoveries were between 94. 22% and 103. 40% with relative standard deviations( RSD) of 0. 48% ~ 3. 92%. The limit of detection was 0. 3 mg / kg. The proposed method was successfully applied to analyze ethylene oxide residue in the real sample. The method is rapid,sensitive and accurate to determinate ethylene oxide residue in capsules.
