摘要
目的建立测定维酶素片中环氧乙烷的残留量的方法。方法采用顶空毛细管气相色谱法,以Elite-17毛细管柱为色谱柱,FID为检测器。结果线性试验与精密度良好,平均回收率为98.2%,最低检出限为0.02μg/ml。结论采用顶空气相色谱法测定维酶素片中环氧乙烷残留量,方法简便,结果准确,适用于对该产品中环氧乙烷残留量的检测与控制。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of ethylene oxide in Vitacoenzyme Tablets.Methods Headspace GC method was adopted for the determination with Elite-17 capillary column and FID detector.Results The linear ranges and the precision were satisfied with average recovery rate 98.2% and detection limit 0.02μg/ml.Conclusion The GC method is simple and accurate to determine the residual ethylene oxide in Vitacoenzyme Tablets for control of the residual ethyleneoxide.
