摘要
建立了顶空-气相色谱测定防护服口罩类防疫物资中环氧乙烷残留量的标准方法和步骤。分析防疫物资类样品气相色谱方法的系统适用性,优化顶空进样时间及气相色谱条件。结果表明:在0.1~10.0μg/mL内,环氧乙烷的质量浓度与峰面积之间呈现出良好的线性关系,相关系数R=0.998 1,方法检出限为0.015μg/g,定量限为0.050μg/g。方法的3个质量分数水平平均加标回收率为78.6%~95.2%,RSD小于5%(n=5)。该方法线性范围宽、灵敏度好、精密度高,对开展防护服口罩类防疫物资中环氧乙烷残留量检测具有重要的实践意义。
A headspace gas chromatography analytical method for the determination of ethylene oxide residue in anti-epidemic materials of protective clothing and masks was established.The applicability of the proposal method was analyzed and the headspace injection time and gas chromatography conditions were op⁃timized.The results showed that good linearity between ethylene oxide concentrations and chromatography peaks areas was found within 0.1~10.0μg/mL.The corresponding linear correlation coefficient was equal to 0.9981,the limits of detection(LOD)and quantification(LOQ)were 0.015μg/g and 0.050μg/g,respectively.The average recoveries of three levels were 78.6%~95.2%with relative standard deviations(RSD)of below 5%(n=5).The method has the advantages of wide linear range,good sensitivity,high precision.It is of great prac⁃tical significance for the detection of ethylene oxide residues in protective clothing and masks.
