摘要
目的:探讨药物的胶囊剂在应用紫外-可见分光光度法进行溶出度测定时,其空心胶囊对被测主药成分的定量结果的影响。方法:采用紫外-可见分光光度法,氟康唑胶囊(规格:50 mg)的溶出度进行测定。结果:本方法中的空心胶囊的吸光度值,可以导致所测得的溶出度结果平均虚高约20%左右。结论:空心胶囊有可能对溶出度测定中样品的数据造成很大影响,最终影响到对样品溶出度测定结果的评判。
Objective: To discuss the impact of vacant capsules on the quantitive determination of main drug in capsules while assaying dissolution by UV-spectrophotometry. Method, The dissolution of fluconazol capsules was determinated by UV-spectrophotometry. Results: The absorbance of the vacant capsules in this method can lead to the value of the calculated dissolution 20% higher than the value of the average. Conclusion: Vacant capsules may greatly impact the value of dissolution of sample, and finally impact the judgment to dissolution results of samples.
