摘要
目的为建立一套完整的住院医师规范化培训师资的培训体系提供参考。方法选取748名来自四川省92个住院医师规范化培训基地的指导老师,确定培训目标,设计培训课程,对其实施培训。采用课程满意度调查、能力自评情况与知识点测试三种方式评估效果。结果课程满意度调查:对课程组织性、实用性、讲授技巧、帮助胜任教学工作与综合满意度5个方面满意度平均分均在8分以上。能力自评情况:各项能力培训前后均有显著差异(P<0.001)。知识点测试:748名受训人员测试平均得分为(88.52±5.45)。结论培训实施可以显著提高指导老师教学能力与教学技能,提升指导老师综合教学能力,保证住院医师规范化培训质量。
Objective To provide reference for the establishment of a complete set of standardized resident training teacher training system. Methods 748 guidance teachers were selected from Sichuan province 92 standardization training base for resident doctors, determine the training objectives, design training courses, the implementation of training. The curriculum satisfaction survey, effect of ability of self-evaluation and knowledge test point three ways to evaluate. Results The curriculum satisfaction survey: On the curriculum organization, practicality, teaching skills, help competent for teaching and comprehensive satisfaction five aspects of satisfaction scores in 8 points above the average. Self assessment: ability before and after the ability training has no significant difference(P〈0.001). Knowledge point test: 748 trainees test average score is(88.52±5.45). Conclusion Training can significantly improve the guidance teacher teaching ability and teaching skills, enhance the comprehensive teaching guidance teacher ability, ensure the quality of training in hospital physicians.
