摘要
住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)是毕业后医学教育的重要组成部分,也是培养合格临床医师的必由之路。经过多年的发展,住培制度在我国已初步确立,并取得一定成效。但是目前仍存在国内不同区域间培训质量差异较大等问题。结合中国医学教育现状,探索既适合中国卫生事业发展需要,又与国际接轨,具有中国特色的住培体系至关重要。以武汉大学中南医院妇产科专业基地为例,紧扣住培基地建设要求和评估指标,围绕住培体系建设、教学过程管理、师资队伍建设和激励保障机制等方面进行了深入探讨。通过总结历届住院医师培养经验,为建立符合中国国情的妇产科住培模式提供借鉴与参考,从而提高妇产科住培的教育质量和培养效果。
Standardized training for residents is an important content of medical students’post-graduation education and a crucial means to train qualified young doctors with comprehensive quality.After years of development,a standardized training system for residents has been initially established in our country and has achieved certain results.However,there are still problems such as large differences in the quality of training between different regions in China.Therefore,considering the status of Chinese medical education,it is important to explore a post-graduation residency training system with Chinese characteristics that is not only suitable for the development of China’s health industry,but also in line with international standards.Taking the obstetrics and gynecology speciallity base of Zhongnan Hospital of Wuhan University as an example,this article closely follows the requirements and evaluation indicators of the construction of the training base,and conducts in-depth discussions around the construction of the training system,the management of the teaching process,the construction of the faculty and the incentive guarantee mechanism.By summarizing the experiences of residency training in the past years,it is intended to provide reference for establishing and improving the training system for residents of obstetrics and gynecology which is suitable for China’s national conditions,so as to improve the quality of education and effect of the training of obstetrics and gynecology resident doctors.
