摘要
目的了解年轻医师对上级指导教师在能力和素质方面的需求,为教学医院合理配置师资提供有效信息。方法对教学医院的200名年轻医师对上级指导教师21项能力和素质需求进行了问卷调查。结果年轻医师对指导教师能力和素质的要求普遍较高,对团队合作精神的要求尤为突出,不同年资的年轻医师对上级师资教学形式、临床疑难问题处理、吸收新知识、语气态度的要求有显著性差异(P<0.05);女性年轻医师对师资在信息管理能力上的要求比男性年轻医师更高(P<0.05)。结论教学医院应遴选年富力强的医生作为上级指导教师,要加强对带教师资的综合素质的培养,提高师资团队合作精神,才能满足年轻医师的要求。
Objective To understand the junior doctors' demands to their senior supervising teachers.Methods 200 senior doctors have been questioned.Results Junior doctors'demands to 21 items in the questionenair are very high, especially the ability of teamwork.The demands to teaching models, ability of dealing with complicated clinical affaires, absorbing new knowleage, and attitude are significant to junior doctors in different grades (P〈0.05) .Female doctors' demands to the ability of information management are higher than male ones' (P〈0.05) . Conclusions Faculty members in the prime of their life should be selected to be the supervising teachers in teaching hospitals.And these hospitals must promote supervising teachers' synthesis diathesis to meet junior doctors' demands.
