摘要
教学医院的科室教学秘书素质和工作能力对医院的整体教学管理质量和教学水平有一定的影响。该文总结了教学医院如何以岗位胜任力为导向选出合格的科室教学秘书,并根据实际工作体会,阐述了择优选聘的科室教学秘书在教学工作高效开展,维持良好教学秩序,加强师生联系,提高教学质量及重视教学档案管理,强化教学质控,促进医院高质量发展等方面的成效。
The quality and working ability of teaching secretaries in teaching hospitals have a certain impact on the overall teaching management quality and teaching level of hospitals.This paper summarizes how to select qualified teaching secretaries in teaching hospitals based on the post competence.According to the practical work experience,the author expounds that the selected and hired department teaching secretaries are effective in teaching work,maintaining good teaching order,strengthening the contact between teachers and students,improving the quality of teaching and paying attention to the management of teaching files,strengthening teaching quality control,promoting the development of high quality of hospitals,etc,the effect of the surface.
