摘要
通过调研住院医师规范化培训的国际国内进展和四川省的实施现状,提出建立四川省住院医师规范化培训长效保障机制的对策建议。
The progress of standardized training for resident physicians at home and abroad and the status of implementation in Sichuan Province were studied. Based on which, some countermeasures were put forward to construct long-term security mecha- nism in Sichuan Province.
