摘要
幼儿园混龄教育的园本化,需要借助自然的教育生态环境实现教育目标指向的转变,从关注知识技能目标转向更为重视幼儿情感态度与社会性的发展;依据幼儿混龄的生活场景实现课程内容的整合;以分组或个别的学习形式实现幼儿个性化的发展;借助环境中的人际优势实现环境资源的运用;通过动态的课程建构实现教师实践反思能力的提升,实现教师的专业成长。
Mixed-age education is a kind of education mode that is different from our education tradition. To take it into practice, the kindergarten should develop its environment and curriculum and cultivate teachers＇ professional abilities.
